Features · Program Configuration

Ready to monitor in minutes, not hours.

Configuration comes in two parts: a wizard for fast initial setup, and Settings for ongoing management. Together they make sure Renalar captures the conversations that truly matter and filters out the noise.

AI-guided wizard

Three steps: AI drafts, your team curates.

The wizard is also offered automatically from the Dashboard when a program is detected as not yet configured.

Topics & Descriptions

Add one or more monitoring topics along with their descriptions. These descriptions are what the AI uses to draft the keywords and stakeholders in the next steps.

Keywords (AI)

The Generate with AI button produces suggestions for three categories at once: News, Social, and Mute. The results are fully editable — add or remove them chip by chip.

Stakeholders (AI)

The AI proposes relevant people, organizations, or functions. The list can be edited, added to manually, and assigned a type.

Mute Keyword

Filtering out the noise from the start

Most of the useless monitoring results come from keywords that happen to match — job vacancies, giveaways, or similar-sounding names. Mute keywords exclude these patterns before they enter analysis, so sentiment scores aren't distorted by irrelevant content.

Settings

Five tabs for ongoing management.

Every tab follows the same pattern: search, a data counter, an Add button, and per-row Edit and Delete actions.

TabContentsWhat it's for
Topics Topics, descriptions, and active or inactive status Precisely define the themes you monitor — for example network quality, customer service, or sustainability issues
Keywords Three sub-tabs: News Keywords, Social Keywords per platform, and Mute Keywords Capture the many ways the public refers to your brand, while filtering out misleading results
Stakeholder Name, type (person, organization, or function), role, and a flag to show on the dashboard Connect monitoring to the parties that matter; those flagged appear in the Actors panel on the dashboard
Social Account Platform, account name, URL, label, and active status Monitor specific accounts that matter to the program, beyond keyword-based capture
Outlet Tiers Outlet name, medium, tier 1/2/3, province, RSS link, and active status Weigh the influence of media sources proportionally, including on the Tier-1 Media KPI. This list applies across programs
Access: the wizard and Settings are available only to the Admin and Super Admin roles, and are always tied to a single active program.

Ready to recalibrate your communications?

We'll show you Renalar using your own program scenario — not a generic demo. The session runs about 30 minutes.
